I am Rocio, born and raised in Seville, 33, and a qualified massage therapist. I trained in therapeutic massage before I ever did this work, and the difference shows within the first two minutes: I know what I am touching. I do not improvise on your back.

My practice is sensitive massage — the school that looks for the skin’s response before the muscle’s. Minimal pressure, long strokes, warm hands, and a slowness that is disorienting at first and that you do not want to end ten minutes later.

Training and technique

• Certified in therapeutic massage — anatomy, muscle chains, contraindications.

• I work drainage and superficial tissue when the body asks for it, not because a protocol says so.
• I know when an area should not be touched. That is the part of the training nobody values until they need it.

Tatami, not a table

I work on a tatami on the floor, not a massage table. That is a technical choice: on the tatami I can use my body weight, change angle, bring in knees and forearms, and move around you without breaking contact. A table forces you to work with hands alone from a single height. On the floor the massage is far more enveloping and far less clinical.

My studio at Plaza de Armas

I receive at my own private studio beside Plaza de Armas, a five minute walk from the Torre del Oro and the Museo de Bellas Artes. Discreet entrance, no nameplate on the door, direct lift. Shower available before and after, clean towels, and tea if you feel like staying a while afterwards. By appointment only, and I never overlap bookings — you will not pass anyone on the way in or out.

My sessions

• Full sensitive session — 60 or 90 minutes on the tatami, whole body.
• Deep tissue plus sensitive — if your back arrives in knots, I start there.
• Long session, no clock — 120 minutes, the one I recommend most.
• Four hands — with a colleague, by prior arrangement.
• Outcall — hotel or private address, with a portable table for that.
